This hotel is darling and I would stay again. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because it was unbearably hot. We called to find out how to turn off the heater but it didn't work. The staff tried to accommodate us by bringing up a fan but it was still too hot. Other than this issue, everything was perfect!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant overall, but the facility needs updating. Issues with room temp and all the rooms are very small. I left my fur wrap in the Terrace room and the hotel staff person who was cleaning up found it and gave it away to another wedding guest instead of turning it in to the lost and found! I had to go to the outdoor wedding in a sleeveless gown because I did not have my wrap!

No A/c. It had a very small bathrooms, and the room was very outdated. The hotel is one of the noisiest hotels. The train goes by every hour blowing its whistle. He click bells go off every hour in the hour. The walls are paper thin. If you expect to sleep, stay somewhere else.
