Every city, regardless of size, should have one such gem of a hotel. In this case, Bethlehem has this grand old property where history, service and atmosphere blend to make a guest feel like they're getting the 4 star big city experience. The building itself, very attractive rooms and extremely professional and welcoming staff are the highlights here.

A beautiful, historic hotel. The Christmas decorations were still up in the central areas, and we're beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bathroom clean, all needed amenities provided. Would definitely return!

It’s an amazing hotel, always go there for drinks and dinner, but my last stay was a nightmare. The room temperature was over 80degress the two nights we stayed.. we turned the system off and it still would not stop heating the room. Spent the whole sweating with no sleep. Second night we opened the window and that didn’t help, the heating system kept heating the room even when the system was off! Bad part was the hotel didn’t do anything about it.

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff. Beautiful and comfortable room. I loved that the Christmas decorations were still up on 1/11. It was a pleasant surprise. The Sunday brunch was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

room and bath were clean. staff were courteous. only issue was the mussels we ordered for dinner appetizer had to be returned because they weren't completely steamed. many were not even opened. our server returned them to the kitchen and brought us a new batch that were very good.

Staff was outstanding. Room was wonderful. The location and decor exceptional. The only knock was dinner at the Tap Room. In a word, the food was underwhelming. For the prices charged, I expected something a bit more than what appeared to be food reminiscent of a wedding banquet. What a shame. I will return to the Hotel Bethlehem, but dine at one of the many fine dining choices nearby.
