I inquired about the costs of an extended checkout and adding an extra night to my stay. I elected to add the extra night; however, I was charged both the $100 extended checkout fee and the full rate for the additional night. The front desk clerk acknowledged this as an error and attempted to correct it by removing the extended checkout fee. Unfortunately, the manager intervened, overruled the correction, and stated that it was hotel policy to charge both fees. Despite the decision to extend my stay being made prior to the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, they refused to waive the additional $100. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and am awaiting their resolution. While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, the manager's handling of the matter was disappointing. I would appreciate your assistance in rectifying this billing error.

The property really was nice. It was my forst visit and i impressed by the old steel mill thats a central feature. The casino floor had tables slots electronic machines and anything else you can think of to bet on. Good food many different options. Shopping was good as well. Lots of nice spaces. The biggest disappointments were that the pool and hot tub were not avaliable during our stay. Otherwise good times were had.

The rooms are big, modern, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The casino is very clean with tons of fun gaming options. The best part is the warm, welcoming staff! I also really appreciate the concerts - recently going to two of my favorite concerts ever. Had an amazing time!

The staff were all very nice and the room was nice. Some disappointing things were that we ordered room service for breakfast, and everything was cold. The room did not have a microwave. We had a serve yourself dinner at the hotel restaurant that had a lousy selection available and could have been better prepared. The food was definitely substandard.
