My booking was cancelled because of Covid and they would not provide a refund. Their customer service is terrible and in my opinion they took the money and that was all they are worried about

We found the staff to be quite rude and unwilling to answer many of our questions. Basic customer service was really lacking. The room Iredell was very comfortable and clean, but wouldn’t stay again based on the service we received
