Convenient option at the airport

Delayed flight meant I needed to spend the night. Wanted to be close to the airport for early morning flight the next day. Hotel was a 5 min walk from the airport, check-in was easy with staff assistance. Room was artsy, modern and clean. An iPad was provided to utilize the tv but I couldn’t get it to connect. The bar was busy and bartenders super friendly. Overall a good stay.

Sometimes switched work better than apps

We arrived at around 2am after a late flight to be greeted by a set of auto check in screens telling us no rooms were available. Fortunately a member of staff walked over and was able to retrieve our booking. After an unusually long wait we were given our key. We went to the room, to find the ipad that controls most of the functions was displaying an error message - no amount of button pushes would get rid of it so there was no way to turn off the TV. I tried downloading the app, but after several minutes of stupid questions it gave a system error. I ended up lifting the TV off its wall bracket to find the power cable to turn it off. At approaching 3am this is not what we needed.

No sleep

Booked this hotel so I could get rest before a hectic travel day. Fire alarm went off from 3am and we all dutifully filed out. We were cleared to come back in but the alarms went on for 2.5 more hours. I asked for a partial refund for the disruption since i only got 4 hrs sleep. Was told no. Hence this review.

High quality modern hotel

Short walk from the terminal. Very modern clean and tidy. The room is small but very comfortable for one night at the airport. Exactly what you need for a short stay in Amsterdam.

Bedding is so nice!! Check in check out was very smooth. Getting to the hotel is easy, there are signs inside the airport just follow it, no need to deal with shuttle.

Hotel was walking distance to the airport. Stayed one night. Rooms are high tech but only the size of a sea container. You had to crawl into like a camper bed but was a comfortable king size bed. Was ok for one night. Able to walk to the airport plaza for shopping and dinner options.
