I booked a double bed, but upon arrival, they gave me 2 single detached beds and told me it was due to what’s available. Both tea cups were ‘minging’ - very dirty. I had to take a photo and went downstairs to show them, and all they could do was change them but nothing to the effect of, ‘we apologise on behalf of housekeeping etc’. They took €50 when on checking out for tax, and told me it was refundable but uptil now I haven’t seen my money. Overall, I will say I only appreciate the driving of the shuttle. Not sure I will be able to rebook this hotel in the future, nor recommend it.

Spacious, clean room, Friendly staff, great atmosphere. It was my last catch to get a hotel room for the overnight stay near Schiphol Airport and worked it out, beyond my expectation. Since my booking did not include breakfast, the front dest gentleman gave me a breakfast box. I felt lucky to be able to stay at Steibenberger, with much appreciation of what I experienced there. It was my first visit at your hotel. It was excellent. Courteous personnel, assistance with my heavy luggage. Beautiful room and bath. I enjoyed the buffet although I almost missed it because I didn't see any signage and almost settled for snacks. But when I finally asked someone I had a lovely meal there.Next time I am in Holland I will be happy to stay with you again. also the bus to the airport was on time and helpful.
