Convenient and comfy airport stay

This was a last minute booking after missing a flight connection. We chose it mainly because of the shuttle and price. We found the schedule on their website, plus it's on a board in the hotel shuttle waiting area, and posted in the elevator. And, they stuck to the schedule! Room was clean, water hot, bed comfy, it's all we needed for the few hours we were there.

Hotel was okay ish. Would not come back to the same place. Mattress gave me a bad backache. Ruined my trip. Staff are very stingy with the tea and sugar and just left one of each in the room. Which is a nuisance. The only good thing was the shuttle to hotel and back.

Needed somewhere for overnight . Room was clean bed was comfortable . Worth the money close to the airport. If you arrive before 11:00 pm hotel shuttle runs on the 1/2 hour .

Shuttle Service to Schiphol was excellent. McDonalds is a 100m walk. Staff is unaware of Baggage Storage facility at Schiphol; that is not required, but would certainly be useful.

When I checked in and asked about meals I was told that meals would be available at the Bastion. Dinner worked out well. I was told that breakfast would also b we at Bastion. In the morning i went to the Bastion and they said i needef to go back to the Best Western. I went back to Best Western and was shown where the restaurant was. Then I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast at the front desk first. Very confusing.

The hotel is extremely dirty and needs a good scrubbing from the lobby to the rooms. Our wifi did not work at all evening or morning. Our shower drain was clogged- water ran out into the bathroom - 4 of us had to shower. Only two of us did in the end - fear of flooding the bathroom.
