Genuinely really liked this hotel, the staff was amazing, greeted us every single time we walked into the hotel and made a conversation with us, gave us recommendations as well. The only downside to this hotel is that there are no washcloths, and the floors were super super dirty to the point where my brand new white socks are no longer white doesn’t matter how many times I wash them.

Great location, lots of lovely quaint cafes around, close to multiple tram stops, shops such as Lidl within a 5 minute walk. Very convenient place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was quite basic (especially for a deluxe double) but was spacious and very clean so still very happy.. definitely recommend

Great service, tiny room

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, our room was so small we could barely even fit our suitcases anywhere. I recommend purchasing a king size room from this hotel as the queen was far, far too small for comfort. As in, the fridge was located inside one of the nightstands and we did not find it until a couple days in because it was so unexpected! Other rooms looked larger when we walked by. The door lock also appeared to be loose and you had to rattle the door at times to get it open or to close it. Otherwise, the location was amazing and the hotel had free umbrellas. Emphasis on service being great too. Not sure if it was worth the tiny room we felt crammed into though.
