Very unique boutique style hotel. As with most places of its age the stairs are very narrow and steep and no elevator but the staff was very helpful with luggage!

Lovely clean rooms. Set in a quiet street with lots of eateries within minutes walk. Most of the townhouse style hotels have quite steep steps, so good mobility a must. Would stay again.

The customer service was excellent! Every time we came back to the hotel, it felt like coming home as there was always a welcome and a smile. This is a very old hotel, however, it has been kept up and it was beautiful. I loved the fact that it was right off of the canal. The staff arranged a cab to come to pick us up which was very nice. I was very pleased with this hotel.

Hotel Frank was great!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was unique, spacious and clean with a lovely shower to enjoy at the end of a long day. Loved that we had our own coffee maker and kettle in our room with unlimited supply of coffee and tea. Location was perfect to explore Amsterdam on foot and close to buses so we could easily take public transit to explore Edam, Marken and Volendam as well as the tulip region. Thank you for a lovely stay. J&J from Canada 🇨🇦

The property itself is unique and the area is lovely. The room was down a steep flight of stairs that were quite narrow. There were 3 of us - extended family -making it slightly awkward and inconvenient that the sink and shower were not enclosed. The WC was about two feet away from the bed. While the room was clean and nice, not a perfect choice for more modest people.

We loved this hotel Massimo, was the best host and very kind and considerate with us. He made our stay very special. Super clean, very comfortable bed, nice shower. The only detail is that the stairs are a bit steep, but I think it is a norm in the majority of antique homes in Amsterdam. We will definitely consider this hotel when we come back to Amsterdam Thank you
