Rustige locatie in een groene omgeving bij het tropenmuseum, nette schone kamer ,auto voor de deur. Ook de corana maatregelen werden goed toegepast. Tramhalte en taxistandplaats op 100 meter. Diverse cafes en restaurants op enkele minuten lopen.

Lovely hotel , really clean , really friendly staff, comfiest bed I’ve slept in! Could have done with a little fridge and maybe a toaster to make toast in the morning , we had access to a kettle but we needed milk but had no fridge to be able to store it, but overall amazing hotel would definitely recommend!

4 standaard kamers werden tegelijk geboekt, maar we moeten plots meer betalen voor 2 kamers. Wanneer we dit aanhalen kan de prijs plots wel aangepast worden naar het tarief zoals we boekten. Schoonmaakdienst neemt handdoeken weg, geeft geen nieuwe en laat enkel een vuile handdoek achter. Bij checkout dienen we plots voor twee kamers nog extra toeristenbelasting te betalen terwijl dit voor de andere 2 bij aankomst betaald werd. Personeel deed de moeite niet om zich te verontschuldigen of recht te zetten, we werden verplicht om extra te betalen. Absoluut geen aanrader betreffende service en vriendelijkheid!!!

Very good.

Excellent cost-benefit ratio. The hotel is very well located being next to the Tropen Museum and very close to the Brouwerij 't IJ brewery. Ease of access is total: in front there is a tram station (taking 19 you arrive quickly at Museum Plein). If you need the train, the Muiderpoort station is about 7 minutes walking away.   The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The downside was that we were unable to adjust the heater. The room was very hot, even with the heater on minimum. We had to open the window (detail: was January, that is, it was winter in Amsterdam). Overall, we enjoyed it very much and will be staying again at Tropen.

Comfortable with a nice view

We got a room in the 10th floor so the view was amazing, particularly with the huge window. Bed was comfortable and in general terms was all clean. Staff was helpful. We loved the breakfast in the morning, simple but enough and tasty. The hotel is right next to Oosterpark that by itself is worth visiting.

un hôtel agréable avec une vue splendide

Cet hôtel est situé dans un environnement très agréable à 25mn de tram (direct) de la gare centrale. nous avions une chambre au 9ème étage, grande et confortable qui offrait une vue à 180° sur Amsterdam. Beaucoup de verdure et donc des couleurs magnifiques en cette période Automnale. Hôtel que nous recommandons volontiers

Bra läge, inte mitt i centrum men mycket barer och restauranger i området. Snabbt och lätt att ta spårvagn till centrum, går även bra att promenera. Fin park precis vid hotellet om man vill promenera motionera eller har barn som vill leka.
