Friendly staff. Small rooms for four persons, but comfortable beds. Biggest problem was that it was much further away from the city center than excpected, takes > 30 minutes by tram. (Says 15 minutes on their homepage.)

Upgraded to a large twin room as small double had a plumbing issue. The upgrade room was lovely but lots of traffic noise until the very early hours. Staff are great communication fantastic.

Train to everything was so close. Great location for transit but far from downtown Amsterdam and Ann franks house. Rooms are extremely small, smaller than your garden shed.
