I have stayed here before and never had any issues. This trip I had a problem with the toilet, so I called the front desk. They said that the maintenance man wasn't in yet but would arrive in 15-20 minutes and that he would be sent directly to my room. 2 phone calls and 90 minutes later, he finally showed up. He determined that the valve inside the bowl needed to be replaced. The work was done, and the problem was fixed. The inconvenience of misinformation was the only issue.

For $110/night for Friday night at Wondercon 2025, I thought this was an amazing deal, and a 5 Star rating! The frontdesk gal whom checked me in and out was friendly. One negative is that parking normally cost $28/day, but for some reason I wasn't charged...I got lucky? PROS: -Affordable!!! -Friendly staff all around, front desk and housekeeping. -Clean modern rooms and bathroom. -In room Coffee/Tea Maker and mini fridge(microwave available in lobby) -Gym and Pool -Very Walkable to the Convention Center and Disneyland! -Cafe is reasonably priced for breakfast CONS: -$28/day for parking, but I got lucky and wasn't charged this. Also cheaper than Disneyland parking!

Great stay for our Wondercon trip just did not like the people that were there for some competition in a large group. Were rude to other guest and kept knocking on our door. Nothing wrong with hotel and the workers they were awesome.

I was able to check in early and parking was good. I was bummed there was no flavored coffee creamer for guests. I have been a customer for at least 3 years and it was not a problem. I was told I could not use the creamer in the restaurant unless I was a paying customer. Other than that my stay was great!

Front desk service.

Great value and location. The shuttle is not a shuttle. Asked the front desk girl about the shuttle. She was not helpful AT ALL. Did not look up from her phone. Asked her to help navigate the app so we could get the shuttle. Still did not look up from her phone. Waited a bit. Asked how to pay for the shuttle. She simply told me to download the app. I am tech savvy and could not figure out much from the app. Probaby the worst front desk experience I've had. Amazing how unwilling she was not to help out.

My 7th floor suite at the Clarion was quite spacious with a comfy king bed, convertible couch coffee table, comfy chair, and desk with office chair. Loved having a medium-sized frig (larger than typical hotel mini-frig) and microwave, plus a wet bar space with sink in the main room, and a coffee maker. Room darkening curtains were great for good quality sleep. There was a surprising amount of usable counter space in the room which was very helpful for staying organized. Bathroom fairly standard and well-lit, with plenty of hot water. My only suggestion for improvement is to add more light sources in the main room. It would be great to add a desk lamp with an electric outlet for plugging in a laptop. This hotel is a short walk to the convention center so ideally suited for a conference stay. With a king bed and fold out couch, this spacious room could also work very well for a family on vacation. I will definitely book this room again if I come to another conference at the Anaheim Convention Center.

The Hotel rooms seem pretty outdated and the lighting system is all funky.
