One think i can say all of the restaurants inside the facility close it a little bit early. If you come back from Disneyland and hungry the only spot open at the facility is the gift shop/coffe place and they have cold sandwiches ok.

What stood out the most was the beautiful views of the garden and how well kept the landscape is. Also, I was able to view the fireworks right from my room. The rooms are very spacious and also the customer service is excellent. My kids loved it and I’m definitely coming back soon.

The rooms at this hotel are a nice size but the beds were very uncomfortable, felt every movement, the sofa bed was super uncomfortable as well. There was a musty smell in our room and bathroom. The bathroom is very outdated and small. Only one person could get ready in there at a time. There is a shuttle to Disneyland which is nice.

My dad unexpectedly joined us and they were able to give us a disability accessible room within an hour of our check-in time… Very close, clean and so convenient absolutely wonderful… Our favorite Disney location!

Rooms are kind of stuffy, which I thinknis partly because the exhaust sytrm for the bathroom is pretty much non-existent. There needs to be a better fan system in thr bathroom and possibly a dehumidifier in the rooms to compensate.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Busses were on time. Clean and houskeeping was always out and about so it was very easy to get extra towels and trash bags when needed.
