I liked the family friendly hotel. With lots to explore at the hotel. The pool. The little pond with fish. The water fountain ⛲ as well as the rose garden with ducks roaming around. The parking was the only thing that I wasn't a fan of. The parking spaces were too tight. Other than that everything was fine.

The property itself was nice. The room was clean but dated. The bed was very worn and uncomfortable. It is definitely time to replace the mattresses. You could visually see how worn the bed was before even laying down.

Rooms are nice and big. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Excellent location. Good shuttle service to parks. Easy parking in nice big lot with in and out privileges. Bathrooms could use some updates and maintenance.

Worst experience I have ever had! I got to the hotel checked in deposit was $200, they do not take even Chime credit cards, they said I could pay twice as much cash, $400 but needed to wait for the manager, the clerk seemed annoyed and not friendly, I could clearly hear one of the other employees making rude comments about me to her, he was young, I was shocked, the lady checking me in was rude when I asked how much longer to check in, I waited two hours for the manager so I could check in to pay the $400 deposit and laughed that it was so high, the room smelled moldy. There was rust on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, crayon marks and makeup on the walls, the toilet had stains, the beds seemed decently comfortable and that was the best part of the room. When I went to the lobby area to head to Disneyland as we have passes a man was upset they double charged the room and he also had to wait for the manager as long as I and he told me he ran a hotel and he would have upgraded and comped my room appalled at my story too. When I checked out they were telling me they did not know if they had my $400 cash deposit, I also spoke to the assistant manager letting her know what the young man said the previous day, we were a little distance away, she said who I gesture towards him and she said you don’t need to point, the front desk rude on the shuttles kind, I finally got my money and could not wait to get out of the worst hotel experience of my life, sometimes a deal is no deal!

Always the best place the stay. Had a conflict with my reservations but was resolved quickly . Staff was very accommodating and nice ! Would stay again !

Beds were comfy & AC worked great. Not a big fan of the tight squeeze in the bathroom but it was fine. The shuttle to Disney is a huge plus. Take advantage of the breakfast buffet, it was good.

The property is dated but the staff was great. The separate shuttle service to Disney was a plus. Our room was facing the SW portion of the property, the C wing, corner of Disneyland Dr and Ball Rd., where there was noticeable street noise during the weekend. However, the night we didn’t go to the park, we went to the parking lot to watch the fireworks.

Great location and great customer service. Unfortunately the mattresses feel super old and hard and are uncomfortable. Also the sheets on one of the beds had holes in them and an old stain. I have stayed here several times but might consider a different location next time.

Just got back from a long weekend trip! The hotel was very nice! The shuttles to Disney ran consistently, we never had to wait! Will book this hotel again when I come back to Disney

It was a great location for the convention centre, but we were there for 4 days, and no room service meant no dry towels or coffee/water in the rooms. The vending machine was empty too. Pool towels ran out early in the day too which was uncomfortable. Maybe offer replacements when people are there for extended periods. The food was also not very good for the price, especially when there are such good alternatives within walking distance.
