Keep changing the rooms, hoping rooms will be better. The sheets and pillows of this room have not been changed… body odor, cologne smell. Bathroom too small for huge room. Wish rooms matched the hotel ambiance.

Our stay was decent. The hotel is in dire need of a makeover! Our room was old, with visible stains, wear and tears on bathroom tiles, floor, walls. Desks had scratches all over (assuming from small children). Visible caulking all around the bathroom. Modern technolgy does not exist in the room so make sure you bring the plugs to connect your USB cables for charging as they don't exist. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly or nice. Dark hair, maybe in her late 40's early 50's. Customer service might not be the right job for her. All the cleaning staff we ran into were very nice and helpful though. The lobby and grounds were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and decors. It was so inviting and warm. Nothing of that nature reflected in the rooms and hallways which were dated and bland. My daughter kept asking if it was haunted because the ambience was so cold, nothing inviting. Maybe new warm paint colors, paintings. Things to make it feel like the lobby warmth. We appreciated how spacious the rooms were and the free shuttle service to and from Disney Resort as they are much further down from the main attraction. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and they had a few restaurants in the hotel making it convenient if you were too tired to go out. The rooms need updating. There was blood stains in our comforter. There were hot Cheetos left in the corner of the room-on the floor. That tells me they don’t vacuum. The tub had so much grime and just looked old and mildewed. Wasn’t comfortable taking a bath.

Cheeto on the ground. I picked the rest up and threw them away-and then I thought I should probably take a picture.

Worst hotel bed ever, it was like one large squeaky spring. Pillow was practically an empty case. Shower was a pressure-less trickle. “Garden view” was of the pool equipment tool shed. The staff was amazing as always. Asked for a room close to the front and ended up with a room in the back of the hotel and the road noise was horrible. It started at 5am every day. The only negative I would really say would be that they didn’t have the shuttles running enough especially when it was raining.

Our room Was very nice and room was spacious but the beds were so uncomfortable even on the bunk beds tv was so tiny . Also bring your own pillows there pillows were awful so glad our family did , and we brought the kids extra blankets hotel said they didn’t have any more . At first, staff was really nice. Whoever checked us in the lady was really helpful and nice and knowledgeable. However, I extended my stay by one night. So in the morning, I had to check out and check back in which is no problem.\n So I was dealing with somebody else who was very rude. Her name was Maria. That's what she told me like she didn't want to work there. Complete? Completely different than the lady that I just was helping me the night before made me very sad. I left my parking and I had to pay to get out even though I paid for the parking for the 2 nights. Nobody told me just push the button. But I paid it when I went back to tell Maria, she was very upset. Like it was my fault. Anyways, when I brought back the tickets for them to re and make sure that they would work to get out the next morning, the staff was not very friendly well.I stayed there again.Absolutely not.There's so many other options
