I have stayed on property before and never had an issue but this time my room was not vacuumed and the room and building interior were just not clean. I stayed in the seperate building which seems like the ugly step child for the property.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, but the beds were AMAZING!!!!!! And the bus to the Disneyland parks were great. The info the hotel provided was really helpful.

As soon as you walked into the room, it felt humid. The room was not cleaned properly prior to us getting it. There were popcorn underneath the bench that’s in between the door and the bathroom. The bedding on the bunkbed looked old. They were humid and didn’t feel comfortable to sleep in.

It was a good place to stay. I choose this place because of the shuttle to Disneyland, which does work well except their times are off. They say it leaves from the hotel at :00 and :30 and that is true for the first or second shuttle. Don't bank on this, you might have to wait 30 minutes or more if they take breaks or just aren't there.

Staff was rude at the front desk especially the old women not accommodating the only good thing was its near disneyland and offered free transportation. They need upgrade the property is to old nasty marking on the wall and on the floor and everything.

Perfect for our Disney family vacation of 3! They have a shuttle service free of charge, but the park is so close is walking distance. We loved the restaurants as well!

This property was clean and nice. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed and the room was great. I love that the hotel offers multiple options for dining and even has an arcade. Its close to disney and offers a free shuttle. We will be staying here again i definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a cup half full of liquid when we got into our room, made me realize they weren't vigilant in cleaning. The room layout was awkward and desperate for updates. I was expecting more.
