New Favorite Disney Location

Love the amenities at this location. We visit the area once a month and this hotel is a new favorite. The staff is so accommodating and kind. We stayed at the grand legacy the week before and Majestic is hands down better despite it being able to walk to the parks. The rooms here are bigger, bathrooms are bigger, and better on-site amenities. Such as, their onsite dining options and store.

The staff are always so helpful and get you checked in quickly. They let you know what VIP upgrades you get (are available) and are always so friendly. This is always my go to hotel when I go to Disneyland!

I would of gave them 5 stars because the bartender was great , the hotel had a shuttle to disneyland...everything was fine til the end of the night, i asked front desk if they had water bottles, she said no but they had vending machines on all floors, we went to every floor and they had no water..So i called front desk and asked if we can purchase from the little store they have inside even thou it had closed at 10pm, she said no , you can go across the street to the gas station. I was like wow..horrible customer service.

It was a very nice experience for me and my family, specially my kids. They enjoyed the pool and the Disney decoration, it was their first time at Disney so it was very exciting for them to be at a nice hotel like this. We missed the buffete on Sunday, I belive they stop serving early. We would have like to try it out. Other than that, it was all perfect!

We visit Disneyland often- sometimes a few times per year and the Majestic Gardens is always our first choice for accommodations. While there could be some updating, the hotel & grounds are beautiful & clean. We love the large lobby and the convenience of the restaurant, bar and store. The rooms are extremely generous in size (in comparison to other nearby hotels) and always clean. Beds are comfortable! M favorite are the rooms with patios, leading to the pool & gardens, which offer perfect firework viewing. One suggestion would be to update the pool & jacuzzi. With that being said, I haven't necessarily had an issue, it's purely a cosmetic issue- The pool is rarely overly busy (at least in my experience) and has been great for a mid day cool off or dip before heading to bed. The fact that it is gated is a big plus- it makes us feel safe, especially during trips when I'm traveling solo with my kids. And of course, the complimentary shuttles- it makes getting to and from the parks effortless. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating- we can't wait for our next visit!

If you love Mother Nature you’ll love this

It’s a nice hotel I loved the trees, small pond with ducks. The food was good. The hotel is a bit outdated on the inside, other than that it was a good comfortable stay.
