Very close to Disneyland and offers shuttle from in front of hotel to Disney. We were able to see fireworks from the room. its an older hotel but still nice.

The grounds are very well maintained. Hotel has had a lot of up dates. Hotel is in the process of making more updates. In my opinion the beds could be softer and some of the pillows are lumpy. With all that said I will stay here again and again each time I visit Disneyland.

So lovely we had the best time! We went to Disneyland and the shuttle service was great. We loved the dining options and highly recommend Princess story time by the fire! We will be back for sure! Also our room was just lovely and we all slept so well!

Staff very friendly. Sushi restaurant excellent! Breakfast servers were prompt and attentive at the bistro. We loved: the theming, the shuttle service, Princess Corrine visit at breakfast, and ducks in the garden! Areas for improvement: holes in the ceilings, inability to control room temperature, dirty/clogged shower head, no toilet paper refills nor trash emptied in our room until we requested it. Also, several other guests on the shuttle mentioned they changed rooms due to roaches.

Gem of a hotel if you're willing to stay outside of walking distance from Disneyland. They do provide a shuttle, so pretty convenient. You can also see the fireworks from the parking lot if you'd like.

Just needs a little updating. Very convenient and priced right for area and amenities. Double check hours for shuttle from Disneyland. Shuttle was handy but we didn’t know it was limited during 12-4 pm.

Dated and rooms not fancy but functional. Great parking with camp trailer in tow. Efficient shuttle. Felt safe and secure. Laundry room by pool. Nice that it didn’t feel like a chain.

Would never recommend nor return to this hotel. The main reason we chose to stay here was because it was conveniently located by Disney (5 min drive) and it looked beautiful online. The room was decent. It was big, but clearly not cleaned thoroughly. It had a strange smell, there were hairs in the bathtub, shower curtains were dirty. It was dusty and overall bad. Not worth $250 a night! That was the room itself, the receptionist at the front said they don’t accept cash for the deposit then the day we checked out and had to pay the parking fee, we asked if we can do a cash payment and another receptionist said “the girl who does cash handling is on her lunch” ???? I would never recommend this place to anyone
