The Ayers is a great hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the chef for breakfast was fantastic and so was the food. The room was super clean and the beds were soooo comfy.

Low water pressure. Room and hotel smelled a bit musty. Broken miscellaneous items such as headboard spotlight. Outdated appliances ie. Tv, fridge, and microwave. Elevators are excruciatingly slow. Breakfast has not much variety of food items. I will not be staying here again.
