Great location walling distance from Disneyland parks. Rooms were spacious but the stairs to the second story were a little inconvenient with the babies and strollers. Service was wonderful and appreciated the bonus balloons and gift for our toddler's birthday.

Honest review here. I don’t know if all of these other 5 star reviews are fake or I just got really unlucky with a gross room. Bathroom was musty and smelled of urine, mold on the walls. No plastic shower curtain. The entire unit smelled of industrial deodorizer mixed with urine. SO many mosquitos in our room. Long black hairs on my pillows. Safe for valuables was broken. It felt like a 1970s apartment with a few updates. It just felt really gross and icky sleeping, the smell was overwhelming. I am blown away that this is a “Disney” approved good neighbor hotel. Never ever again.

The cleaning staff listen to music and it’s very loud. As long as the room next to you is not being cleaned or you aren’t by the basketball court noise shouldn’t really be a problem

Disneyland break

For our group of 6, this was a great option. There was a bedroom upstairs and the one downstairs had 2 double beds, plus there was a sofa bed. Although we didn't use it, there is also a kitchen. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Disney (very easy route). Nice choice at breakfast.

This was our first time staying here and it was clean, kid friendly, staff was kind and accommodating, the free breakfast was awesome and they had the cutest kids room! I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast and free parking was a huge plus, we had also requested a pack n play which they provided so that was one last thing we had to worry about packing with us! Disneyland Parks are not to far but maybe a little to far to walk on a hot day. The rooms are very clean and pretty cute, maybe a little bit dated but not horribly! Over all I would give this place a 5/5!

Unfortunately I can’t give a five review due to a couple of issues we encountered first staff very friendly upon check in now the bad: upon entering the room we encountered several flies that were a higher size I tried to swat them which for the most part I took care of that then we had many knats that were relentless too many to take care of we contacted the front desk asked to be moved were told no rooms available they sent there maintance guy he said he would come the next day and spray the flies and knats we also at the same time requested maids to come clean the room which was on our third day. Well unfortunately the maintenance guy nor the cleaning service came. We went to Disney Land and came back to flies knats and a uncleaned room. My wife and I were both very disappointed with the lack of concern from the maintenance guy to just blow us off and the front staff who failed to inform cleaning staff on cleaning our room. It’s very unlikely that we would book another stay at this establishment. We saw that that were a lot of motels in the area by Disneyland I would highly recommend researching those places. It should be noted we were on the back side of the hotel where it seemed this area was not taken care of like the front area. Leaves and branches all over the stairs and patio where they had patio furniture that was covered in debri. This is an honest opinion of our resent visit.
