We live locally and did an overnight stay here because we were going to Disneyland the next day. It was good just for that, but if you’re looking for a quiet area this is not it. Very busy and loud throughout the night. Cars, sirens, people.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now as it has full kitchens with refrigerator, stove and oven. We do our own shopping at Costco and Walmart etc… First couple times we Uber to the stores to shop for food and this last time we rented a car as we also traveled around LA. This saved so much money than eating out daily (especially at Disney) with a large family of 6 like mine. The breakfast buffet is amazing and always fresh and the kids love the waffle makers also the choice of eggs, bacon/ham, hash browns etc. Again this saves having to figure out breakfast everyday if you are heading to any of the theme parks. The staff are all so helpful but one of the staff at the buffet is such a friendly, helpful guy and takes the time to chat and likes to hear your experience with Disneyland etc!! Shout out to Mario :) The walk to Disneyland is exactly 1km. If you have older teenage boys like myself I highly recommend going to six flags which is an hour and half drive but so worth it, even the rush hour traffic on the I 5 !! The roller coasters there are insane.. There is a great outlet mall (Outlet at Orange) that is a 8 minute drive/Uber. All in all this resort is perfect for families and is highly recommend.

I booked this and I’ll be honest having the extra loft room was great. But being told as you are checking in that they are adding a 30 dollar a night resort fee is in poor taste. If I’d known I would’ve picked any of the other 5 hotels I was looking at that were cheaper. Beware whatever the price add 30 bucks a night for a completely average breakfast and pool

Use to love it...becoming less charmed

We used to love staying at the Clementine, but our last stay was not as good as previous stays. The room had not been thoroughly serviced – we found a full plate of breakfast food in the microwave. The kitchen was missing some key essentials like hot mits to remove items from the oven and pans to heat items on. There was also very little silverware (guessing a previous guest lifted it?). Also on our final two nights, the family upstairs had children repeatedly jumping down the stairs for over an hour at 10 PM. We called the front desk twice. I finally walked outside and happened to speak with the mom who was outside taking a (well deserved) smoke break. I asked if she could ask the kids to stop jumping and that's when she shared that they were a group of 10 family members. Regardless, it impacted our sleep and relaxation. So sleeping below a two story suite is kind of a bummer. Pet fees are SUPER high compared to other places.

Great for family

The room was clean and was the right amount of space for our family. Front desk employees were kind and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and had different meal options on different days. Will definitely stay here again!
