Nice room. The buffet is good. Negative: TV doesn't have closed captions; I'm disappointed. Lost my motivation. The third floor is too high for me; I would rather be on the first floor. Parking is easy. There is a nearby restaurant that I like, and it is close to Disneyland.

We had a a very good time at the Ramada. The service was excellent, and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. One suggestion would be to maybe change up the breakfast items every other day. After the fourth morning of the same breakfast items, we were seeking something different.

Pros: Front desk staff and valet were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Having a microwave made it easy for warming late night meals/snacks. Liked the Dove hair products, and the body wash (can't remember the name). Towels were very soft. The small sofa and ottoman came in handy for holding our suitcase. Felt safe. FYI. The staff makes the waffles at breakfast. In addition, there were boiled eggs instead of the standard eggs usually for hotel breakfast. Cons: The towel rod in the bathroom was loose and there were no other towel racks/rod for the face towels. Bathroom door stuck a little when trying to close. AC seemed extra loud, at first I thought there was just a loud car in the parking but then the noise would occur multiple times. No body lotion. If you go somewhere with your car and come back extra late (after the valet leaves), you could have trouble finding a parking space. No suitcase rack.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The showerheads were nice! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy, but it would be nice to have other fruit besides oranges. Staff was very courteous. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to many spots, including Disneyland. The breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff were outstanding, definitely deserving of a good tip! My only complaint is that our corner room was right next to the breakfast area, which made it quite noisy. Between the early morning prep and constant foot traffic, getting a good night’s sleep was tough.

Our ADA room was located next door to housekeeping department. Constant noisy washing machine alarms and push carts rolling outside our door as early as 6 am and until 10 pm. If you're going to be resting in your room during the day and want quiet, suggest asking for alternative room if avaliable. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was adequate considering the price however, I did find long hairs and a couple of my towel towels, which I did not particularly like, but that’s why I always bring my own towel anyway. Because it is close to a major street. It can get a little loud. I appreciated the free parking and the service was solid. As for the free breakfast, it’s a free breakfast. I’ve read reviews where people are demanding fresh fruit, and vegetables. This is not Downton Abbey. I would stay here if the price is right and I like the free parking.

The only complaint l really have is that we were staying on the third floor and the elevator was broke down. Spending a whole day at Disneyland (which is 0.8 miles away) and coming back to your hotel climbing three stories of stairs isn’t fun. As far as the rooms go, they were good. Very clean, decent amount of space, and the beds were pretty comfortable.
