it had been 28 years since my last stay at Hilton and I wasn't 100% satisfied. I paid a premium price for the room and didn't feel like I was getting a premium value. Clean = yes / Comfortable = yes / TV = extremely small selection and disappointing. Will I stay at the Hilton in 2027 for the NAMM convention maybe not the Marriott front door is 75 feet across the court yard.

Staff was extremely lacking professionalism. Front desk was not helpful when I tried to get assistance, instead she argued back with me instead of trying to help me.

I mean … my room had no heating. Average temp was AND STILL IS 64-66… I got a bit of a cold and had to leave my room to warm up in the sun. Had no time to deal with getting moved as my trip was only 2 nights. I’m not one to write bad reviews but :/ this wasn’t a good stay. Room was clean and all, so I’m sure many others would have had a nice time.

The bed smelled strongly of mildew and body odor, and the carpet of feet. I requested a deep clean and this was fixed for our second night.

Everything was great except for fire alarm needing a battery (which was taken care quickly) and refrigerator was not very cold (but they fixed that too)
