Room needed some improvement

Room was fine, but the restroom had a strong smell of urine. I do not think it was cleaned good. Also a dog barked in a room next to us most of the night.

Nothing too special, low price hotel, very poor maintenance, water filter on the ice machine was over 5 years old, considering everyone drinks that water it should be changed at least a yearly. We asked maid service twice to mop the floors but there is a sticky surface always on the floor in the room.

Parking lot was very dangerous. They locked the exit so you have to do a 6 point turn every time you leave. You had to cross the jack in the box drive thru when you entered. Their breakfast was a banana nut muffin, juice and horible coffee. I would not recommend.

This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Be aware the pictures are nothing compared to what it looks like in real life. We got charged $30 to check in early, and I had to ask for it to be refunded. Why? Because our room wasn’t even ready. It had dirty towels everywhere, shower had dirty stains. Not to mention bugs. It was so bad we cut our loss on this hotel and paid and stayed somewhere else.

Looked at the reviews and have it the benefit of the doubt. I'm not upright, but there were some things I can't let go of. They're not cleaning the rooms. There is dust cakes on the top of the shower, floor boards, mirrors. The room was swept but not mopped. The bathroom toilet had a skid mark, so the toilet was not cleaned. The shampoo/conditioner/ body wash was caked in soap scum and dust. The towels smelled like bleach. The bed was clean, but the quality in the sheets and the bleach is making the fabric crumble. Otherwise it did its job, we had a place to stay and it was relatively quiet - I'm typically a very light sleeper and I did not wake up at all to light or sound. What was also concerning was we checked in roughly around 9pm, and they made us check in through the side window. I gave my card for the deposit and he asked me for my pin number!

This place is ok , kinda small but close to Disneyland and knotts. But i don't like the parking. It was quiet and clean but for what I paid it was worth it . Still waiting for my deposit to come back to me, not happy about that . They charge you a separate $100 hold on your card but haven't released the hold yet.
