We booked here originally due to convenience of distance to park and price. We checked in at six o clock hour, but when we were leaving to dinner, 7:30pm, a cockroach surprised us located near the television. We immediately packed and told front desk! The front desk upon checking in wasn’t too friendly but very robotic. The young lady I informed we couldn’t stay due to pest provided me her managers business card and stated she would inform him but I needed to get my refund from third party booking company (Expedia). We went to dinner and figured out with customer service they needed to call hotel and confirm we checked out and reasons, luckily we took a picture. We were never contacted by management.

Great stay

We had a great stay here this past weekend. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels and extra blankets, the staff was friendly, and the check in/out process was easy and fast. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland which we loved. There were plenty of parking spaces and we were able to park right by our room. Parking was very reasonable at $15 a night. Would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the King’s Inn previously and it works well for us. We can walk to the Disney parks from the hotel and it is in a good location. The room was plenty big with a good sized fridge and my request for a bath and quiet room was accommodated. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi neither of which I made use of and offers free WiFi. We will, no doubt, be seeing you all again!!

Very decent for a more budget friendly hotel in the area. Walk to Disney took us about 15mins or so. Also very close to CVS, Starbucks etc. Also liked that the rooms are flooring not carpet. The pool and hot tub weren't very large, but clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.
