The room was great. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Valet is very expensive. They said it was $70 a night, but itis actually $80 with taxes. When I asked about a self-park option, the valet guy said there is a lot, but they charge by the hour. I found out that the lot charges $30 a day. I would have parked there if the valet had been honest. The bathroom tub is a MAJOR hazard. The level of the tub is 6-8 inches higher than the floor. Not realizing this, I slipped and fell while getting out of the bath and sustained a pretty serious injury. The breakfast at Tocca Ferro was very subpar and overpriced. The food was not good. The service was also not good on both days we dined there. I was overcharged by the restaurant and the valet on my final bill, so now I have to call and sort it out with accounting. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

Room was perfect. Beautiful hotel. And the hotel staff were great. Location was also superb. Lots of very good restaurants in the complex. and a 6 minute walk to the Toy Story bus which takes you into Disneyland.

This is by far the best property we have stayed in whilst visiting Disneyland. I would especially like to thank Cynthia on the front desk who went above and beyond all expectations to make sure our stay was as amazing as possible. Rooms were lush and clean. The location is great, especially the access to the garden walk. Pool was heated, but missing a hot tub to relax in after a big day at the park. I would 100% stay here every time. Thanks again Cynthia and team.

Everything was excellent (beds were amazing) except for the restaurant - very very slow service. 2hrs for dinner and 15-20min waits to be seated for breakfast. I would book again but would not include breakfast or use the restaurant again.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shower was a little dirty had hair on the floor. We could hear sounds from other rooms, rolling up the window shades for example.

Rooms were very nice. Large bathrooms! Very clean and staff all super friendly! Pool is heated but no hot tub/jacuzzi. Walking distance easily to Disneyland. A lovely hotel!
