Really good for the price. Staff are amazing and check in check out was painless. Room was very large and spacious. There were a couple towels that were stained brown but overall very clean and pleased with our stay. Will come back again

Friendly staff, nice stay

We stayed overnight after seeing a concert at the House of Blues. The location couldn't have been better! Check in was very smooth and only a few minutes. Our room was nice- definitely appreciated the blackout curtains, and when on, the AC unit drowned out the road noise from where we were to the ro. Everyone we interacted with was super pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue- the bathroom door. It is my personal opinion that barn doors for bathrooms are fundementally wrong and should never be used, especially when it's expected that the space/room is to be shared. There were major gaps between door and wall/frame, almost 1 inch gap. Now if you can see someone on the outside of the bathroom at the end of the room, imagine what happens when someone uses the bathroom for its intended purpose, say after dinner. No fan in the bathroom either to reduce sound or smell. Additionally, while the bathroom was clean, the water pressure is the shower was pretty low meaning a longer shower to ensure shampoo/soaps were fully rinsed. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotwl before our event, and while it took about 20 minutes for a turkey sandwich, it was actually one of the best I've had. The bacon was perfect, the fries were so good! The set up seemed a little inconvenient for the servwr, running about 200ft from the kitchen in another room to the bar (it wasnt behind the bar area). Would stay again!

Nice hotel.

Hotel was super clean. Parking was easy and simple felt safe. Close to everything downtown wise. Staff could have been a little friendlier. Parking is $40 bucks a night plus tax.

I had to change my reservation dates. Just 3 days earlier. Apparently, I didn’t read the fine print initially. The price to change dates was $700. Super pricey!! The hotel was great, but not worth it.

Hot mess express!

We got back to the hotel after a long day at Disneyland and walking over 20,000 steps just to be given the incorrect room. We walked upstairs and heard somebody in the room so we knocked thank goodness we didn’t use our key the room was already assigned to someone else. I ordered a very large suite because there was three adults and one child and this person put one adult in a suite with three different beds make that make sense then they sent us to a two bed bedroom so we had to switch it again finally around 2 AM. We were in a suite but still the incorrect one that I ordered so needless to say we will not be staying here again. The breakfast was good but not included either. The hotel across the stress has feee breakfast and suites as well.

$35 parking plus tax. The shower handle was almost impossible to adjust properly as it was sticking. Sound travels easily into the room. Can't open the windows. Leaking toilet. Broken ping pong paddles. Mini fridge struggled to keep things cool.

Excellent place to stay. Helpful staff. Property and food were great. Late pool/hot tub hours. Walkable to Disney. 24 hr concierge and snack shop.

Could be so much better

They didn’t tell us they don’t offer room service unless you ask for it. We asked for it and never got it, we had to stop one of the housekeeper's to ask for towels. The carpark access is operated by your room key, ours didn’t work for our entire stay, neither did the intercom to gain access. We had to take a ticket then queue at reception to have it cancelled. I asked them not to take payment until I checked out as I wanted to use a currency card, they assured me this wouldn’t happen yet when I woke up on departure day they had already taken payment which meant I paid handling fees and currency conversion fees

Why wouldn’t you stay here?

Just a hop away from Disney. I can’t imagine why anyone would pay to stay in the park. This hotel was super clean and friendly. The front desk always addressed us when we came and went, which was really nice. The room was spacious and beds in excellent shape. Will definitely come back!
