The elevator nearest our room was not functioning- apparently it would take 6 months to repair (i.e. replace). The second elevator wasn’t all that far away, so it worked ok; the hotel also gave us a waiver on the parking fee because of the broken lift. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I was able to maneuver my rented scooter around a tight turn to get in to charge it. Plenty of wall sockets to handle that right by the door.

The hotel was great and was easy for us to walk to the parks. We did not like the bathroom door lock. It was difficult to unlock. Also to open the curtain was a challenge due to no instructions for the remote. Overall we enjoyed the hotel. Thanks

We like how close it was to Disneyland. The room was okay, however, the description of the room at the time we booked it did not match what we ended up with. We were told if we wanted an accurate description then we should have confirmed with the hotel and not Expedia.

Overall pretty good. If you want adjoining rooms stay somewhere else. They won’t accommodate for that. The location is great though. Our bathroom sink had a sewer odor every time the water was turned on. Not sure why, but kind of gross. I think they poured some bleach in the sink, but the odor was still there.
