Close to the park and rooms were cozy and perfect. Only complaint was they closed the pool early one night and I was so looking forward to the hot tub I came back to the hotel early for it. Front desk didn’t even know they closed it early.

Staff at the front desk were friendly. However, the room was so noisy. The walls are so thin and housekeeping is so loud. It was 8am and they were so loud and making noise meanwhile they cleaned the room next door. You could hear everyone walk by and the cars in the street.

Not a family place to stay

We had the room for 1 night and stayed in a luxury room so we were in main building on the 4th floor. The hallway to room smelled very odd. Didn’t like that. The room was nice . But the air kept turning off. But the worse part was we were not told that they were having a DJ and special event upstairs. After a long day at the park we couldn’t sleep bc of the music. I get it but please inform your guests. Then we waited 20 mins for the elevator to go down stairs and then we were in the elevator with intoxicated people one man was trying to talk to me 16 year old daughter. We ended up leaving the hotel and driving back home at 1130 pm. We don’t go to Disney again the following day because we were to exhausted. In the parking lots packing car to leave so many drunk people walking around yelling. It’s not a family hotel. Stay somewhere else

I like how the pool was kid friendly. I couldn’t find the TV remote, called the office and I had to go to the office to retell them about it, after 1 hour they finally came and gave us the remote. The elevator don’t work so had to carry everything up the stairs with my autistic daughter.

Its very close to Disneyland, they have options for dinner in the surrounding area. We had previously stayed there with no issues and this time the door to the bathroom did not close properly as it seemed to be broken. When I booked the room I had requested a roll in bed and upon arrival we were told they would bring us one and when I called after not getting one they said they had ran out. I asked for a crib for the night and it was rusty.
