Poor Rooms

The room we got was not updated and not clean. It felt like it was a Mitel 6. The bathroom was dirty. There were spiders throughout the room. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch so I couldn’t address it until we got back to the hotel at 10pm. The receptionist was really nice, but they had no other rooms available. Unfortunately I only took one photo.

Amazing stay. Family friendly. Had the room with a partial view of Disneyland. The view was amazing, we got to see the fireworks. The pool was fun and refreshing. The rooms were big, comfy and clean. Recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Walk to Disneyland!

Only took 15 min to walk to the Disneyland maingate. The pool was party-poppin and its DEEP! Bar is stocked with top shelf, good restaurants on site. Can see the fireworks from you back patio! Wish we could've stayed longer

Leo makes stay very special!

Leo is awesome. He keeps us coming back to your hotel. One thing to note is bathrooms need to be updated…tub drained extremely slow and sink is pretty beat up. But again we stay with you because of Leo!!

Anaheim Hotel was GREAT! The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was awesome, we could see the fireworks at night, we loved the balcony. The hotel itself was updated and clean. Pizza place on site was convenient and they were always ontop of getting you a drink at the pool. The ONLY thing we were bummed about was that they hotel was hosting an event (vidcom) and they closed the pool for a couple of days. I wish someone wouldve said something at checkin or at the least, posted a note on the pool gate that they had an agreement with another hotel allowing Anaheim guests access to their pool. Otherwise, all was fantastic!

The location is perfect to Disney! Less than a 10 min walk and very easy to get to and from the park! Lots of food options along the walk. The rooms very spacious, including the bathroom (double sinks)! I loved the option for two king size beds per room with conjoining rooms, great for multiple teens/adults…lots of sleeping space after a full day at the park. The room was extremely quiet. I did not hear any outside traffic/noise! The beds very very comfortable, I used my own pillow so I can’t speak on those, but my husband said they were so comfortable. the price was extremely reasonable and staff was very friendly. Some of the features inside the room could benefit from an update, but for the amount of time we spent in the room, it was great!
