Our first room we had to be moved out of in the middle of the night because the AC was not working nor the hot water in the shower. Our second room was better, although the bathrooms are very outdated. On our 3rd night they locked us out of our room. The pool was not accessible for half of our trip due to an event going on. So we had to use the neighboring hotels pool which was terrible. On check out day we were not allowed to go into the lobby due to an event going on which i felt was a little rude. Although staff was friendly for the amount of money you pay to stay things like this should not have happened.

We had a great time at this hotel! It was walking distance to Disneyland, the staff were nice, we enjoyed the pool, and having the convenience store in the lobby was helpful! The only thing that was odd was that we had to rent a microwave for the room. Even with that, we really enjoyed our stay!

I have vacationed at this hotel over the last 5 years, and my family and I have always enjoyed staying there, except I was very disappointed after visiting this weekend. Everyone who helped us was very nice and professional, except for one lady who works at the front desk, she was extremely RUDE! and she made an inappropriate comment to my mother and well let's just say it went all downhill after that.

Excellent customer service, felt welcomed the moment I set foot on the premises, greeted by the parking lot staff, the front desk staff greeted with smiles, positive attitudes and helpful when we asked questions or needed answers, housekeeping was friendly and efficient, Cecilia was a pleasure to talk to and brought us extras needed amenities right away! Love the ambiance and it’s family friendly! One of the best hotels I’ve been to as a pass holder I can attest to this, definitely will be back!

Great location, clean, convenient, friendly staff. Steps away from the Parks and Walgreens/CVS within walking distance. We unfortunately had empty toiletries and our room fridge smelled like death. The AC is tricky and the curtains block the flow of air. Also, if you aren’t close enough with the AC remote, it doesn’t work. Overall, good, not great, but not awful.

Good except for air conditioner

Our stay was pretty good, except the air conditioner was very loud and disruptive. I wouldn’t recommend staying if a light sleeper. Other than that, everything else was good.
