Needs an update

Staff was great and the walk to Disneyland was approx 15 minutes. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, but they were overshadowed by the condition of the carpet and bathroom. We had a decent stay, but we will not be back until they update the bathrooms.

Lots of parking, location was perfect, Pizza restaurant was convenient but FYI it's an "order at the counter" kinda place. Staff were nice enough but "upgraded" me to what they said was a better room (bigger room but no balcony and windows that were impossible to open) even after I had said I didn't want the upgrade (I guess "upgrade" is a subjective thing?) The hotel is overall decent but I was surprised at how expensive it was ($500 CAD/night during spring break) considering how old and slightly run down the buildings are and our room wasn't very clean (hair in the bathtub, gross stuff around the faucet). The patio door I ended up with, like the windows in the "upgraded" room, were so old the lock didn't work and since we were on the ground floor it was less than ideal but by the time I realized the problem, it was late at night and I didn't want the hassle of requesting another room change (I really dislike asking and rarely do.) All in all, I just wondered if there was a nicer hotel out there for how much I paid.

Good place to stay with family near Disney

It’s a perfectly located hotel half mile (8 min walk)from the entrance of Disneyland. It has kind of a retro feel in the main lobby but much more modern updated rooms. The staff is extremely friendly almost like you’re at the Disneyland park. Our room service crew went above and beyond to keep our room tidy, even with having two small children we never came back to a dirty room. The giant heated pool was a definite plus since it can get a little bit cold and windy at night was not a big fan of the beds there as they’re pretty soft and squishy so someone with a bad back might not have the best night sleep or wake up without pain Overall for the price and value I definitely give this five stars. Just wish they would change their beds and pillow situation. The pizza place attached has good food just kinda slow and inefficient service

The property was within walking distance to the main entrance of the park. An area of improvement was the sink did not drain properly. We were assigned a bottom floor and every morning the top floor woke up every morning at 5am, the reason I know this is because it sounded like they were stumping on the floor. Also, while I was checking out, the person who checked me out said, “I got you,” after I asked him a question.

You will have to pay for toothpaste, lotion, laundry detergent and most of the basic things. The room is outdated and plumbing doesn’t work. A short shower will not drain and you will be hearing draining noises for 10 minutes after.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Anaheim Hotel! It was very clean and I love the original Disneyland flare! The room was clean and had a lot of space for 4 people. The bathroom had 2 sinks and plenty of counter space. It was a short walk to and from Disneyland. The people that work there are very nice and helpful!

This is our go to hotel whenever we go to Disneyland. Less than a 10 min walk to Disneyland. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.
