It was walking distance to Disneyland, and there was a Walgreens pretty close by to buy things. Only bad thing was that there was something in the water pipes because our water was like milky, then they had to switch our friends room because they shut off the water but other than that everything was great. I would stay again

Check in was ok. Get to room. Safe doesn’t work. Next morning leave and ask for just coffee no room clean. Coffee provided - no cups. Guess I drink out of my hands. Next morning no hot water- boilers out. 5 hours and a cold shower to fix. Then parking gate broken. I leave and come back, won’t let me in as I didn’t punch out. Go to desk. New card. Return to gate. Doesn’t work. Back to desk (btw pouring rain). Get another new card. Return inside 20 person line up to talk to desk. All around unacceptable.

Love it!

First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be staying there again! Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfy. The distance from Disney was perfect.

The property was nice however I didn’t like that I booked a park view room and I was not able to see Disneyland park or the fireworks with the room I was given. I felt a bit misled with the things I saw online.

Our room location was great. In the second tower, first floor and near the entrance. Room 134 However, the carpet near the air conditioner was wet. The air conditioner was leaking water.
