The staff were friendly and helpful. The valet area and lobby were bright and clean and inviting. The room was immaculate. Great features and amenities. We normally stay on Disney property but we may have just been converted to Westin fans.

The location and the room was great. The room service breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu was pretty plain. I appreciated the updated lighting but its not user friendly and I couldnt charge my phone overnight unless I left the light over the bed on... Very disappointing.
