Older hotel so noise transfers easily. We were on the ground floor and could really hear the people above. Very clean. Basic selections at the breakfast buffet but everything you need. Ask for gluten free bread and peanut butter! Super convenient location. Great food court attached to the hotel. I would return for sure, but stay on the top floor!
