Red Roof Inn - accommodation in Arabi

I slept horrible every night the bed was not comfortable and the hall carpet was very nasty and I warn everyone there is a 50 dollar a day for parking that was a surprise to have to pay for parking after paying 600 and something for the room they never tell u this up front only to be surprised when you get there I was very disappointed in this Marriott just was to run down for me the front desk area is more nice then hotel rooms and that’s a problem for me I will never stay downtown New Orleans again next time it will be on the outskirts and in a Hilton hotel next time the staff was nice but the hotel was low budget when u get to your room

Great stay for the price, the front door staff and house keepers were great. The check in staff was very passive and didn’t seem to want to help. I stood at the desk while they ignored me multiple times and they seem annoyed if I had a question.

Amazing location, right in the hub but gives enough breathing space to relax from the energy of New Orleans. Chose a room that opened onto the pool , so convenient. Water pressure in shower hit and miss . However , Gorg bedroom decor . The amenities in bathroom simple and towels quite small , but used pool towels in evening as larger . Also ordered food ,was delish , great to help settle in first night after travelling Ryan and Dylan and Rich lovely in the bar really welcoming. Not much offered re help with bags when we arrived left to our own devices and on check out. Would def return , lovely hotel.
