Always love to this hotel when I stay in Nisa Dua. Property is quiet old to be honest HOWEVER I can that how the management and staffs looking after the property ver well. Location is convenient, short walk to local area, private beach is amazing and clean.

The staff were all lovely but the room we had was dated and the toilet kept malfunctioning! The pools were nice but also very dated and could do with a revamp We also had very noisy neighbors, the rooms are far from soundproof

I, unfortunately, broke my ankle in the streets of Nusa Dua. I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing staff. Their care and empathy was above anything I have ever experienced. The grounds of the resort are spectacular. I thank them for my care and going above and beyond to help me.

Lovely beach, great facilities, room is dated

Hotel is set on a lovely beach, the pools and restaurants are fantastic. Only downside was the room which was tired, dated with uncomfortable furniture and bed
