Summary:
Pristine and absolutely fantastic three-bedroom house in coveted 'old' Barwon Heads. Beautifully designed and decorated, there is nothing further that any holiday maker could want once inside this property. A well-proportioned, luxurious house with generous living, dining and bedrooms, plus a top-end kitchen which leads both to the internal dining area and to the private and protected outdoor courtyard. Just a very short walk to shops, cafes and the beach makes this a perfect holiday getaway.

The Space:
This absolutely lovely house comprises master King bedroom with beautiful marble ensuite bathroom which also has access to the rear garden. The second bedroom with Queen bed shares another luxurious bathroom with the third bedroom which has two King single beds. Hot and cold outdoor shower and sheltered outdoor dining adjacent the kitchen are added features.

Barwon Heads is a delightful coastal village located at the mouth of the Barwon River, 22 kilometres south-east of Geelong, and just across the river from its twin beachside town, Ocean Grove.
