The space
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via a communal staircase in St Pauls Court, a 1960's block. Although less elegant than the Georgian architecture that Bath boasts, you'll find this light and spacious apartment a great rate for its central location. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and arm chair, large TV/ DVD player and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen has new appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king size bed, and plenty of wardrobe storage and the modern bathroom has a bath/shower and new fittings.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
