This is a beautifully restored hotel with many amenities and a hospitable staff. The rooms was wonderful and the bed was great. I am sorry to comment negatively on the breakfast. For convenience we chose to eat in the dining room. We were offered buffet or order off the menu. I chose to order off and my poached eggs were barely cooked. The buffet was picked over and the pastries were stale. Underwhelming for the price. Coffee was excellent, as was the fruit and yogurt. This is a wonderful hotel just don’t eat in.

I really enjoyed my stay, my room was very nice, staff were very accommodating and friendly. It is in a very unique part of Belfast where you can see ships coming in and out at the port there. If you are interested in the Titanic and the history of that ship, there is no better place to stay. I would definitely stay again, thanks again for the nice stay. Steve

The room was mostly clean however there appeared to be dried feces left on the front of the toilet and two pubic hairs left in the shower. Parking was confusing - the lot next to the hotel was “out of service” per the front desk but there were no signs indicating this. the lot behind the hotel was easily accessible which was good. the staff was extremely kind and professional - 5 stars to them. overall not impressed with Belfast.

Outstanding service

Lovely hotel, but it was the service that really stood out - every staff member was exceptional. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and this was one of the best experience's. I felt like I was staying at a true luxury hotel, but at an extremely reasonable price. Room very spacious and of a good standard. The only possible improvement I would suggest is decent coffee in the rooms - a sachet of instant just doesn’t suit somewhere this classy!

The bartenders, female servers, and hotel staff were excellent. The male servers were extremely slow, didnt clean dishes for the whole meal, and hardly ever came back.

Nicest hotel in Belfast

Another trip to this beautiful hotel, spotless rooms and each one full of character. It’s more than a hotel, it’s Titanic and history and luxury all in one! I was celebrating retirement and a lovely decorated tray of chocolate strawberries left on arrival!
