It was basic and all I needed was somewhere to stay It was close to where I needed to be for the days that I was staying there. However It needed a dish cloth and a dish brush. Bigger coffee mugs. These are small things but when you don’t have them , you miss them. Thank god I took my own cup for uni. 😂

You pay for what you get for in terms of facilities, but for me there's no excuse for a lack of cleanliness. We found a bloody tissue in our bed sheets and can only assume this means that the sheets weren't changed after the prior guests. When the sheets were replaced the replacement sheets were covered in yellow stains.

Unprofessional staf. I believe this property is run by students. You'll be lucky if you happen to meet the polite and patient one/s, but most of the time they're impatient and reluctant to provide good service. This place is NOT recommended.

Great location - close to the hospital and to town. Rooms were comfortable, a little shabby which was okay, but not the cleanest. Downstairs toilet was particularly disgusting with a broken seat, non-flushing and used!

It is cheap and in an excellent site in Auckland city centre. You get what you pay for: location great, but a basic room and basic service. Gave exactly the service it said it would.

Central Auckland, international students, ease of access are advantages. The studio has sufficient facilities... But. The kitchen was not sufficiently clean (e.g old dust & dirt around the handles, greasy range hood). The kitchen plug was missing!!! gave up asking after 2 attempts. One tea towel for a week is not sufficient. No can opener!? As student accomidation, is OK, but we were short term stays, expecting not to fit out a flat. However: We arrived this Chinese New Years eve.. The staff were efficient & helpfull. The building was secure (card access for lift and apartment), hand sanitiser at the desk and lifts and arrival procedures adapted for the situation. We went home to family feeling confident given the situation.

Didnt like anything about it...it was hot, no air con. Smelt stink of curry, had to ring reception to let him no..used soap left on the floor in the bathroom, glass on the shower was still dirty, no jug for cup of tea in the room, no milk was told they don't provide milk bed was not made properly, no spare pillows available, not enough cutlery in drawers
