Overall the stay was good and the price was right. The bed was a little soft and saggy. The carpet wasn't quite clean. Everything else including the breakfast was good.

The front desk staff person was friendly & efficient. Very nice young man. The room was old… dirty… bed linens & towels almost thread bare. Every light switch, the bathroom door very dirty… popcorn in corners. The pet area was literally a patch of grass near pool… pretty small. I won’t return again

The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Rooms were large, clean, comfortable and had what was needed. Lots of parking, so no searching for a spot. Breakfast was very sufficient to get you going in the morning. Again, staff was cleaning tables and making sure all the food options were full and hot. Had a nice outdoor pool, but we never used it. I would gladly stay here again next time through Redmond, OR.

I went for a two day golf trip in the local area. Book the room as it had good reviews and was priced as affordable. Check-in was ok. My room was a single queen bed. Room seemed a little dated. Old style brown comforter with a slight musk smell. I traveled with a small fan to circulate the air in the room. There was what looked like a dirty hand print on the bathroom wall. Parking lot was easy and seemed secure. Overall I would come back with price in mind. Next visit to the area I might explore other options.

Staff was friendly but stressed. One though was very inappropriate. They need more help and better organization. Recently remodeled. Bed was hard. Microwave was very dirty. Rest of room clean.

Clean, but in disrepair

Room was clean and he shower was hot. TV didn't work, toilet had problems flushing, and the security lock on the door was broken (screws were stripped out making is useless)

The staff was very friendly. 24 hr lobby, late night check-in, great breakfast until 10 am. The soaps were pretty smelly, but the staff said they would be happy to remove them from our room before we got there. Let them know if this is an issue for you. It's 3 story, with an elevator, ice machines on each floor. Rooms open to the outside. The allow dogs but not cats. It was very easy to find, easy to park. We will stay there again next time.
