The hotel room smelled like urine the carpet was damp with moisture. There was a hole in the bathroom door The second floor smelled like a pot den everytime you got off the elevator The bathroom sink was missing the drain and was clogged. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. We noticed that it might be a hotel that houses people in need and subsidized by the government

If you miss breakfast, cause you thought it ends at 10 every day like reception told you, there’s nothing they can do about it, even if you ask nicely and have a child with you. BUT…they are allowed to have very bad wifi, giving you access card for your room that doesn’t work. And you have to go over and over at the reception to change your card. YOU have to be understanding, but not THEM

Low Budget hotel. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, floors were shaking/vibrating. Not very family orientated. Booked for 2 nights, stayed 1 night, and they refused to refund for the 2nd night.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this hotel may have been nice many years ago, but it is NOT now: stained, torn, damp rugs, really gross, no drain in the sink, strange metal things sticking out of the wall, air smelled old and stale like they used to allow smoking and now they don’t, our room had a febreeze air freshener in the plug. Dated furniture. The phone didn’t work. Neither did either of the lights near the beds. Positives - nice staff. And it did not have bed bugs, which honestly I was half expecting. Don’t stay here unless you have to.
