I had to roll up and down every time I wanted to get in my room when I was in 248 then some assjole pretending to be my care giver was given access to my room without them calling or talking to me I dunno who they called but it was not me then my phone was dropped and broken by the house cleaner who was with her kid in room 248 I tell them I need a handicap room I met every front desk guy the security the day I got there and got dropped of by my sister who left the seconds she found out what kind of hotel this was she laughed and told me Goodluck I was there celebrating my moms birthday in heaven she lives 10 min away I couldn’t call her easily when my phone was broken I ask for a handicap room on 1 floor with keys that work and I don’t have to ask front desk team to come up or get me ice cause the machines broken on every Dang floor I had to tell craxkhesds to get the hell away from my car that wasn’t fun I had ppl enter my room when it said DO NOT DISTURB I was moved to a room on 618 that I could not enter with my wheelchair it was 1/2 inch too small I slept maybe 1-4 hours a night cause of all the bull crap going on I have to finally go to police station tomorrow to finish my police report I was robbed in room 618 by this wanna be helper who said he works for uber then tells me while we had a smoke that he uses the place for last 3 years and doesn’t pay he tells me to smoke in my room I said no way he asked to use bathroom he showered !!!!! Then I understood he was no good

I have to admit that I was nervous for my visit having read many reviews after booking... We had a great stay all things considered. The staff was very helpful at all times. The lobby is welcoming, though the building itself does feel a bit outdated - not in an unsafe or dirty way, just age. The AC in the rooms was tough to control, but kept the room plenty cold for an August stay. The bar seemed understocked, but the bartender was very friendly and happy to serve us. We did not use any other amenities to comment on them. Overall I'm happy with the quality of my stay for the price.

What a horrific experience. Our room had roaches. Yes!! ROACHES, the bathtub had meldew on the walls, the towels certainly had seen better days and we generally felt unsafe. Earlier in the day we drove by a beautiful BMW, the windows were completely shattered. All the other cars were unharmed, so its possible that it could have been a targeted event. I left my car at my sisters house just to be safe. Also, I learned from the staff that crime and vandalism was a huge problem. Also, the property is in an industrial area, therefore the hotel is very isolated at night. There was no room service and breakfast was served buffet style. But I opted not to eat at the hotel since I was already grossed out by the roaches. The interior is tired and totally warned out. The lights are kept really low in the public areas which made the place look really sad. I would honestly give this hotel a zeros if there were an option.

Property was dingy and old, pictures are deceiving!!! This hotel by no means has beach access nor is that pool, the pool on their premises!!! Hot tub does not work, and the hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s!! Beyond old and outdated.

The stay was just a non-stop disaster. It was one thing after the next from no air conditioning unit to a file order on two floors in the hotel. It smelled like stool. Then a ceiling tile fell out and hit me in the head in addition to waking up this morning and finding a humongous infestation of ants

The surrounding properties were run down … unbelievable stench outside… it was every day no matter what time it was. The thermostat in the room was not working. It was an unusually chilly weekend and no matter what I did, it never went above 70 degrees. …Bathroom fan was broken… had to leave the door open to shower and even then the mirrors were fogged up…$2 for a cup of just ‘okay ‘ coffee in the morning. A self serve coffee and tea bar would have been appreciated instead of having to go out in the car for coffee and a muffin….The place is starting to show its age. Great friendly, and helpful staff all the way around
