Love all the people working at this hotel. Some people who made my stay were Glendys from the cleaning staff, Steven the manager for the cleaning staff and the hotel manger Reggie. They have gone above and beyond for the people that stay here. Everyone who stays her loves them as well.

Radisson Hauppauge 4.5 Rating

Prime location on Long Island. Close to expressway and parkway access. Nestled between several nice parks and hiking trails. There are a few maintenance needs aesthetically needed near several entrances (broken tiles in very visible locations). Was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the outer grounds of the facility. Upon leaving the facility many times there were significant amounts of garbage in front of the entry way of which I ended up picking up and throwing away. I know that it is difficult to maintain with all of the egresses. Employees are very helpful and hold the utmost respect for privacy. My overall rating for this location is a 4.5.

The first night they were 100% booked due to a dance competition the weekend. We had late flight arrival. So we were given a room that seemed to be used as that late night ___! The TV did not work, exposed wires coming out of wall, coffee maker had 2 packs of coffee and two cups (no creamer, sugar, etc) Went to Front Desk and only supplies they had were 3 packets of creamer and 2 sugar, nothing else? Went to take shower and walls had mold and cumin them. Wife thought bath but stopper would not hold water. Wife switch for sun lamp was off wall and did not work. Wanted ice and found a machine that worked on 4th floor. We were on floor 1. Next day ta

The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it when we arrived. The heat/ac unit was broken leaving the room at around 78 degrees. A tech came at about 11pm but it still had difficulty cooling down
