Parking can be crazy, but after that everything went great. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The room is dated, but very clean. The bathroom seems to have been updated. The room is also spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I did not like was the sandwich purchased at Cuppa, it was chicken salad on a croissant with tomato and lettuce, there was more lettuce and tomato than chicken salad, croissant was rubbery.. coffee was good should have a lid on top that the coffee will not spill out., in other words like a little lid .

Only one elevator was working for 10 floors. Long waits. Stairs took you out the back to a construction zone. Room was just ok. Bed was comfortable. Hotel rooms Need to be updated. Bathroom was tight. Towel bar poorly placed in front of sink. Restaurant food was good! Casino was decent. Parking lot was always full so had to wait to find a spot.
