It was a short stay at the hotel for one night only. Free breakfast in the morning is a good option. The room is a typical hotel room. The pillows were not that great and the bed sheet kept pulling up. They could use a deeper pocket bed sheet and less soft pillows. Overall, I'd say it's an average 3 star hotel.

Very sad to see how run down this location is. I’ve traveled to many Holiday Inns throughout the country and this one was one of the worst. Safety: the elevators have a mind of their own, the doors aren’t shut all the way and it’s already moving up or down, when it comes to a final stop it’s rocks you up and down 4 times giving your vertigo. Cleanliness: the rooms seem nice from afar but once you take a closer look, they are filthy! All the curtains in by room had stains from either drinks, food or body fluids that looked OLD! The pool is very small, and undergoing some type of construction … there were people in there causing ups walls from a leakage in the fitting room. Breakfast was okay: I overheard the staff go along (right next to me) about a Hispanic family (that was eating too much, and how she had made multiple batches because they ate too damn much) needless to say my family and I went to go buy our own food. Lastly, the customer service is of the upmost worst. They try to talk down to customers as if they are stupid and talking to them is like pulling teeth or being at a self checkout machine. They are clueless in conflict resolution and customer service.

Front desk staff very welcoming snd nice at check in, room supplies hit or miss (tissues, bath mat, towel supply) the first 3 days. Breakfast and coffee great. Parking great. Conveniently located.

My daughter and I are Celia and there was really not anything that we could eat at breakfast. Staff struggled to tell us what was gluten free. Kitchen staff refused to give us butter after we returned with breakfast items we could eat on the first morning. She told me we needed to wait until the following day.
