My room had a huge water leak in the ceiling. Mind you I was late to check-in at around 10 and just wanted to go to sleep otherwise I would have asked to change room. They had even removed a piece of wallpaper and there appeared to be mold behind it. Yet they still rented me the room..

Room was clean loved the generous amount of body wash and good brand for shampoo and conditioner. Hotel room was gorgeous at night especially with the decorations that were put up no complaints would definitely stay again

This was an okay place to stay at. The room was decent for the price. Hotel needs a face loft for sure. Wall paper is coming off the walls. The outlets needs to be updated. Plugged our charges in and it sparked. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The rooms say no smoking but someone down the hall was smoking weed. Room service never came. We stayed four days and didn't receive new towels or toilet paper.

Bathroom was clean, but limited number of towels. The hotel is in a very poor condition, falling apart, dirty, spots everywhere, ripped carpets. Vending machines, ice makers, all out of service. Breakfast, and coffee are terrible.

The room was disgusting , torn dirty rugs , stained shower . Paint peeling . Was a smoke free room but you can small smoke coming from room next door. Paid for early check I. And room was not ready! The rooms had to be changed three times. The smell was horrendous especially on the pet friendly floor, the smell of urine was overwhelming. We didnt even come with a pet but were put in a pet friendly room. The whole reason why we stayed here was for the convenience of a quiet location to conduct and import zoom meeting. I called the property in advance and i was promised the wifi had just been upgraded and it was strong. When we got there we had nothing but problems with it dropping out. We had to leave and find a local library to conduct the meetings. I will never stay here again and i am asking for a refund. I am not happy with our stay at all! Drew

Property could use some updating. The door locks/key cards take multiple anttempts to unlock the room. Other than that, it was clean.

I have never ever stayed in the hotel that didn't care about the upkeep of their rooms or the lobby it was awful the carpeting was so dirty I wore socks and my socks were dirty. I pulled out the nightstand so I could connect my cord to my phone to charge it underneath the nightstand with three packets of sugar I left them there and asked for the room service to clean the room when we got back the nightstand was put in its place again I pulled it out to install my cord and there were the packets again. Needless to say when I come back to New York for a vacation I will not stay at your hotel. The lobby chairs were dirty. Needless to say about the continental breakfast was awful.

Not worth the money

The hotel room smelled like urine the carpet was damp with moisture. There was a hole in the bathroom door The second floor smelled like a pot den everytime you got off the elevator The bathroom sink was missing the drain and was clogged. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. We noticed that it might be a hotel that houses people in need and subsidized by the government
