WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT MARRIOT COPLEY

Had to leave one day earlier DO TO MEDICAL REASONS and no options were given. The attendant was extremely rude and without consideration since I HAD USED HOTELS.COM FOR BOOKING. THE EXTRA DAY WAS KEPT CHRGED.
