The lobby and hotel itself are beautiful, and the restaurants were fantastic. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some improvement: the heater in our room didn’t adjust properly and would reset itself, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. The rooms feel a bit outdated, and the toilet splashed water when flushed. Additionally, when our sheets were changed, we noticed hair left in the bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience even better.

The breakfast was not free but was reasonably priced and delicious. The common areas in the hotel are beautiful. The entrance is warm and enticing with The Irving (gorgeous bar area) and the fireplace setting. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We were there for a week and the door men were always happy and offered to help us every day. Everyone that worked at the hotel seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The rooms were nice. The bathrooms were a little dated but it is a historic old hotel. All of the comfort items (shower, bed, AC/Heat, etc.) were great. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely choose The Lenox again when in Boston.

Hotel was lovely, comfy beds and clean. Excellent area with lots of restaurants. Decorated so cute for the holidays. A little wait for elevators in the mornings. Complimentary coffee was a nice offering but the flavor syrups were empty and never replenished. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had an excellent stay at The Lenox. When you enter, you get greeted by friendly staff. Everyone is ver helpful and courteous. I loved the fragrance when you enter the lobby and the ambience with the cozy fireplace and holiday decorations. Everything was in walkable distance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We also had breakfast at Willow &Ivy at the Lenox and it was delicious. I can recommend the avocado croissant with sunny side up egg and also the pancakes with the berries. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality.
