We were told breakfast opened at 6:00 am. At 6:45 nothing was ready. While there was coffee, I couldn’t even get a glass of water. The front desk was kind enough to give me a bottle of water.

The property felt dirty upon walking in, the. Damage in all sorts of places broken tiles elevator buttons both on the walls and in the elevator not lighting up so you don’t know if the elevator was even summoned or not, second elevator was not working, the noise was ridiculous and the hotel was full so could not be moved to the other side away from the street and train, the ac in the room did not work properly the low speed was broken so it was either sounding like a jet or off. All this made it a terrible stay and at the stupid price of 500+ per night I feel cheated for sure will not stay there again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

We were given a room on the second floor facing the highway and the vehicle noise, especially from trucks and motorcycles, was very loud. We were staying for 6 nights so we asked if we could change rooms but we were told they were fully booked everyday. We asked for ear plugs and these did help us sleep.

Nice place to stay outside of Boston

This was a nice place to stay just outside of Boston. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Walkable neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Fairly typical free breakfast, although the breakfast room was very crowded on the weekend.

Evening check in person was distracted and not friendly, bad feeling from the start. Room phone either did not work or no one answered at the front desk two evenings. Message light on but no one answered. Day front desk person was helpful and friendly.

Upon entering the hotel it was noticed how clean the lobby was. There was construction to improve one of the elevators but it did not cause any disruptions. The breakfast is your standard eggs, potato's, sausage, coffee etc, noting special but it was good. The room was very nice. the bed was comfortable and the pillows are GREAT! If you don't have good pillow at home. You should buy ING brand, they are GREAT pillows. The staff was friendly, they directed us to eating nearby about 3 block walk, there was several options. Location was 10 minutes from Quincy Market, walkable, but took uber. Highly Recommend this Holiday Inn.

Great location to downtown Boston

Great location close to downtown Boston. The Lechmere train station is a short walk away. The price compared to downtown Boston was significantly less, and just a short train right away.
