The first room I had smelled like an ashtray. When I told the front desk they changed my room. It was so clean and smelled great. The breakfast was good and other than the one room the place was very clean and nice.

This place feels like a boutique hotel. It is small compared to the other places I have stayed on business, and that made it feel cozy and personalized. The room and gym were very clean, and staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was well stocked and great variety for a continental breakfast. While the coffee wasn’t my favorite, it was piping hot and the flavor shots made it better. Overall a great stay and fantastic value.

Check in and check out was great. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and quiet which is a big plus for me. The other big issue for me is a comfortable bed , which this one was. My only complaint is a continental breakfast. It was the worst I’ve seen. There were only bagels, muffins, 2 hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The toaster had a sign on it stating “Out of Order”. I was disappointed that there were no hot items and you couldn’t even toast the bagels. Breakfast could use a little bit of help.

Cons: • Room #103 was not adequately sound proofed from Hallway & Adjacent Neighbors. • No Wall Control for HVAC System, you had to pry up an awkward lid to access, and not all controls functional. • TV Remote not intuitive nor user friendly. • Room Lighting, simply absurd with switches not on wall, but camouflaged on various unit services, i.e. white switch hidden on white fixture, black switch ingeniously hidden on black fixture, etc. Simply absurd… • Bathroom Door, pockmarked w/blemishes, and was that toothpaste stains?
