It was a nice stay but I don’t feel like it was worth quite what I paid. The lady who checked me in was very lovely but the other staff wasn’t quite as polite. They did give me a complimentary glass of wine at happy hour which I did really appreciate and it brought them up a bit on my ranking. Overall I’d say a good stay but not my first choice with the other available options in the city.

Loved the fact the location was close to historic tours, Quincy market, restaurants and shopping. Valet parking and ease of pulling up to check-in was great. There was some noise while sleeping from traffic and perhaps A/C. Toilets in rooms are not sound proof, but shower pressure was ideal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Coffee shop in lobby was delicious. My only complaint was womens toilet in lobby had 2 out of 4 toilets that were full of feces and paper towels on Monday morning as we were getting ready to check out. When I reported this to front desk, they thanked me for reporting but 30 minutes later the toilets were still gross. I would have thought someone at the front desk would have immediately gone around the corner to investigate rather than just "let housekeeping know". Other than that uncomfortable instance, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and larger than picture on website depicted. The basket of snacks in the room and complimentary water bottles were apprecisted!

Nice Hotel. Great location in middle of downtown. Freedom trail and Commons just steps away. One big issue is to make sure you budget more than they tell you. They only show the base fee NOT any of the many taxes and surcharges. Plan at least an extra $60 a day in fees.

What an excellent hotel in downtown Boston! The room was most comfortable and clean. When we walked into the lobby we knew we felt a vibe of welcome, upbeat, and friendliness. The staff were outstanding. I was confused in the beginning about a fee, and received a phone call and follow up email explaining the fee. This was service beyond any other hotel we have stayed at. Wow, what a gem hotel!
