We had a lovely 3 night stay here. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The restaurant food was excellent and service good. Plenty of choice for breakfast although had to ask a couple of times for things to be replenished. Convenient for the train station and the seafront. The room was small but comfortable. Our only complaint was that our shower control was faulty and resulted in water far too hot, we did mention it but nothing was done whilst we were there. Would stay here again.

Great 2 night Stay

Lovely hotel, great staff and perfect location. Arrived after finding the hotel fairly easily. Ample parking around the hotel grounds. Although slightly disappointed in the added parking fee. Check in was really good with attentive staff who showed us to our room. Nice bar and restaurant area looked great. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice sized. Overall a really good value stay.

I gave comfort a 4 simply because I don't find soft pillows help me sleep - but when we stayed here before the housekeeper gave us firmer pillows when we asked. Overall a lovely stay and delicious breakfast.

A Short Break

It was a nice hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful However the room could have had a few more additions eg the kettle and cups were on a trolly in the wardrobe but to boil the kettle you had to plug it in on the floor' Also there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Also the tv chairs were very uncomfortable. A small sofa would have been so much better.
