A Short Break

It was a nice hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful However the room could have had a few more additions eg the kettle and cups were on a trolly in the wardrobe but to boil the kettle you had to plug it in on the floor' Also there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Also the tv chairs were very uncomfortable. A small sofa would have been so much better.

Not a boutique hotel feeling

Room 1 was OK - although the pillows were flat. Room 2 was an issue - a tiny bathroom, flat pillows and right above very loud music until 1130pm making early sleep impossible. Breakfast was terrible. Slow service, under-cooked black pudding, bacon and sausages, overcooked fried eggs, cold beans. Complaint did not generate the reaction I expected
