Lady that checked us in was best I've ever encountered. She was super friendly, and passed along all the check in information. One thing I didn't like is your LAME washcloths. Where did you buy them? Ollies? Way too tiny.

The door to our room, and many others in our group, was extremely hard to open. Like we had to throw a shoulder into it to open it every single time. Our shower was clogged with hair and would not drain. Someone did come up immediately, when we told them about the issue, and fixed it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a gas station right beside the hotel but nothing else within walking distance for food.

The mattress was not comfortable. I felt like it was too hard. During our second night, there were children running up and down the hallway screaming and banging on the walls until approx 3:30 am. Other thsn that, everything was good.

The room we stayed in had water coming out of one of the lights in the bathroom. Come to find out the room on the floor above us had flooded. Got all over our stuff. Wouldn’t move us and said the water in the light was fine. Not only that but the pool was so gross. Looked like no one had kept up with it. Water was a green color had a bad odor to it. No one ever came in the room to clean the trash or give us fresh towels or anything. The staff seemed to love us. They would follow us around from the car to our rooms and every time we would go out the door and walk towards the elevator which seemed to be going out we would somehow meet an employee staff and wouldn’t you know, they were also going to the same place as we were. Even if it was to outside to get some fresh air. As we would be done and going back in it was so nice for one of the staff to be inside the hotel waiting for us to come in to escort us to our rooms.
