Room was clean and modern, suiting our needs fully. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit of a let down: - Food was the usual mix, so nothing out of the ordinary - No fresh milk, limited juice variety, low levels of food (time was mid-term of service) - “Restaurant “ ambience is ordinary with storage of goods on open display

Stayed for one night. The room itself was comfortable and the bed was fine, but there were a few maintenance issues that let the stay down. The TV wasn’t working, and while the shower functioned, the shower head is quite old and sprayed sideways which made it impossible to use. The only setting I could use was the high jet function which was awkward. There was also a noticeable stain on one of the towels, and the tiles under the bath tap were completely smashed in. I’ll also add that the bath creeks and pops when standing/laying in it which made it feel like I was about to go flying through the floor levels below. The air vents could also go with a clean. Overall it was okay for a short stay, but the room could definitely benefit from some maintenance and upgrades to improve the experience. The staff were otherwise lovely and the free parking was great. The close proximity of all the shops and food outlets is fantastic. Highly recommend the “RIB Room” right next door. Due to these massive positives is why I rated higher. I’m from a royal area so I’m not that picky - however some other people might find the issues above quite unappealing. Overall I would stay again in the future.
Thought to leave these for the cleaners :) hope it gave them a smile.
