"We were very surprised with the room and staff with them. Every aspect of our stay was above our expectation. Valet parking above all.Traveling around town in a car with limited parking can be difficult. We will definitely use this hotel again."

"Perfect location but our room lock had constant problems and finally died. We wanted to go out multiple times and while out tried to check in on our room access to get back in over 2 days. You cannot get a person on the end of the phone at either concierge or front desk. Tried literally over 30 times ..."
