The place is very well located. Plazas Las Americas, stores, banks, restaurants, supermarkets are all in walking distance. The area is very safe and quiet.

The place is far from the beach and the hotel zone! Like a Mexican I won’t recommend this place. You could get something cheaper and better if you take your time searching
