The property is spacious and very pretty. The entrance bungalow was massive and super beautiful. The pool was beautiful and a nice temperature. Always servers around to help with anything. The buffet always had options for any type of diet. Breakfasts had options like omelette bar, yogurt bar, fresh fruit, pastries. Steak at the Argentina restaurant was super good. They did a Mexican night at the buffet and I thought that was probably the best food we had!! Italian restaurant was the most popular. I loved the Thai restaurant! The lunch seafood restaurant was the best, the shrimp cocktail and fish tacos was super good! All restaurants are first come first serve. They had a variety of kids activities near the kids pool, they did face painting, balloon making, tag. The spa was wildly expensive! The gift shop was nice but incredibly expensive. Sunscreen was $40usd. In the fine print you need to pay an additional $4usd each day for a beach fee which you pay at checkout. The coffee shop only does hot drinks, I would have loved to have iced coffee but no one really got it. Bring small change as it was hard to break big bills. You have to wake up at 7am to grab a beach or pool chair, people wake up early and save them and disappear for a few hours. Most people save chairs all day. One person beside me saved 4 chairs and didn’t come back for 4 hours. Wi-Fi is not good on beach or pool. Kids pool area has zero shade.
