Good resort for families. The food was good, maybe a bit more variety which would cater for persons who don't eat pork (Muslims). Most dishes included pork/pepperoni, hence we won't able to partake in a lot of the meals provided.

Absolutely amazing the resort it self had everything we needed and more, I highly recommend the Italian restaurant. the service was top notch every employee was very joyful and super helpful. The only thing I regret was not bringing enough cash to tip these people what they deserve.

Everything was great! There was confusion when it was time to redeem the use of the cabana. The cabana that was being offered wasnt in the best shape. By the time the staff member came back with a different option; we were content with sitting elsewhere. The food was great iverall! Noah, Veronica and Minerva gave my friends and I the mist amazing massages on the beach. The staf was grat and friendly

This was our first all inclusive experience and I was quite enjoyable. As others have stated the air in the check in area can be quite hot and stagnate but once you past that It is really quite wonderful. The facility is starting to show it’s an age a little bit here and there but overall it kept up very well. We were greeted by a very friendly staff that left us get our wristbands and start using the facilities at 7am when we arrived from our red eye. We requested early check in and after some upgrades and then paying a little more for an oceanfront suite I was quite pleased with how we were treated and allowed to check in at 11. We were able to hang out by the pools and eat and drink all We could from 7am on. The food was good but not amazing. They have a great selection of restaurants but do up charge if you want something other then the basic meals they offer. The best food was the Thai restaurant and the taco one. Buffet was decent for a buffet especially breakfast. We found the buffet down by the lower pools for much better than the upper one. The drinks were to our liking and they kept them coming. My only real complaint about food was the cooking staff. Super unfriendly and not helpful if they couldn’t understand you. If they got the food wrong then to bad that’s what you got. The wait staff was always helpful and polite. The room was great. Now we weren’t expecting a 5 star place just a really nice one and that’s what we got.

The food options were great, and all the servers were very friendly and attentive. However, the bartender at the main pool could have been more welcoming — they rarely smiled or acknowledged us, and we often felt ignored when ordering drinks. Additionally, the room service was inconsistent. While they did replace the towels and make the bed, they never refilled the water containers or cleaned the floors during our stay.

Every single thing is great in this resort. Food is amazing so many choices, chefs are great if you want modifications for vegetarian options. Staff is so polite and helpful, great hospitality. Cleanliness is fully maintained by hardworking staff. Room is great with amazing scenic views. 100 percent recommended.
