Absolutely beautiful beach - wonderful swimming, gorgeous water, and soft sand. Staff were kind and helpful, and so hardworking. Food quality and selection were good but more vegetarian options would have been appreciated. Room was quite basic but very clean and staff were very considerate in making beds and supplying us with extra towels. Kids LOVED the ice cream.

We would have loved to play volleyball on the beach or in ocean. We saw one day with volleyball in pool. This would have been great but played with a large beach ball so hard to control. So not as fun. Gaucho restaurant was the best! Entertainment at night was varied and talented. Coffee bar inside was a favorite hit.

Do not buy the premium package they sell you when you checking in . They say you get access to a special pool ( everyone has excess to it) me and my husband payed 195.00 and eveyone had excess to the same things . Do not waste your money

The restaurants were only open as specific times towards the late afternoon. There was one open during the day but if you were sitting in the preferred area, you were not allowed to order from that menu and the food on the preferred menu was not good and had very little variety or choice. We had a representative of the resort asked if we had received the coupons we were supposed to be given and when we told her we had not, she advised to follow her. This turned into a pitch for their timeshare. When we declined, she asked us over and over again why we would turn that down. The coupons we would have received were all based on going to that timeshare presentation. The food was beyond bad and the drinks had very little alcohol. I watched the bartender make a drink and he didn't even include a full shot. Finally, the sink in our bathroom fell out of the basin and came crashing down and broke into many pieces and could very well have injured my daughter who was in there at the time. I called the front desk and they responded as though that was something that happened all the time. I would absolutely NEVER stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Dream Sands resort. A lot of amenities to do thru out the day. The room service was excellent. Food options were great for a vegetarian family. We will definitely stay again.

Was not impressed with fire alarms going off in the middle of the night 5 or 6 times. Shuttle was late picking us up. Food was edible but not good. Housekeeping threw away a container that I was keeping.

Awesome property, Awesome staff, amazing beach!!

I’ve stayed at many all inclusive hotels and Dreams Sands was by far the best. Super friendly staff and amazing beach. All the restaurants and buffets were excellent. Lots of night time entertainment. Clean room with very comfortable beds. Best beach in Cancun. We will definitely return!!

ALL of the food was excellent. Not hard to seat our group of 12 at any restaurant. Every employee was cheerful and seemed to love their job. Manuela was an excellent waitress on the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly. I went to the spa with my daughters and their friend. Did the relaxation massage/hydrotheray/mini facial. It was all excellent.

The beach was nice. The food options weren’t as nice as some of the other dreams locations. The quality on the food and drink weren’t great.

Fantastic beach & staff … really enjoyed our family vacation. It was a great size for kids under 11 — not too big to navigate & easy to keep an eye The beach area was perfect—- nice & sandy, no weeds. The food was good. There was really only 1 restaurant that was so so. World cafe buffet was fabulous. Rooms are smaller & it is an older hotel but we knew that going in so it is what it is. Would stay again as long as we were guaranteed the room that we wanted.
