We stayed in a VIP room and were treated like royalty. Our butler took care of everything for us. We didn’t need to make dinner reservations and we had a daybed near the ocean or by the pool every day for free. Everywhere and everything was clean, food was fresh and the bread was amazing. We ended up never leaving the hotel. Everything was there, so much to do and see. Loved just hanging out on our terrace too. The view was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Just got back from 8 nights at Grand Park Royal Cancun and all I can say is WOW! We were absolutely blown away in the best possible way. The property is gorgeous. There is a little bit of construction and updating going on at the resort, but we didn’t find that it impacted our stay at all. The staff was also incredible. I would like to give special shout outs for a few people: our butler Jessica was kind and prompt with all our requests for dinner and cabana reservations, and she tried to help when my boyfriend lost his debit card. Truly a remarkable person. The bartenders Erika and Alexander made some of the best margaritas around and never let us go thirsty, with prompt friendly service. Miguel at the taco stand got us to try some fabulous different taco varieties and was always friendly. The day time server at the steak house (I can’t remember his name!) was really remarkable, friendly, and kind. Finally, the housekeeping and turndown staff!! Our room was always in pristine condition, wine was brought fresh to the room everyday, and we were even blessed with a little rose petal surprise one day after coming home from an excursion. I can’t thank this resort enough, and I hope they know they have a repeat customer for life! ✨✨✨✨ 10/10.

Food and ala carte were great. The staff were fantastic except for the front desk. We had many issues during our stay and the front desk did nothing to help. Security was bad. Beach sellers used the stairs to the hotel as a hide away and the bushes by the premier tower as a bathroom. Everyday we were approach about membership. 2 or 3 times a day it became sickining. We will never recommend or go back to this Hotel. Been to Mexico many times. For a two week holiday this was by far the worst.

The concierge is not-so-cleverly disguised. They are more recruiters for Time Share/Club Members than anything else... I found this to be a huge turn off. Before you get to go to your room (after) a long day of travel, the hotel will very deviously set you up with one of these concierge types, they'll take you on a tour of the grounds (why?) and arrange for you to attend a presentation. Other than that, the resort is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Serving staff in the a la carte's is exceptional! Maid staff - also exceptional! Massive beach area! Pool serving staff excellent (Erika)! They do offer golf cart rides for those with mobility issues - be warned: this resort is spread out with a couple inclines and you're walking on stone paths, but easy figure out the lay of the land. I'd say overall, slightly above average - with a few quirks. The Italian restaurant has great service, atmosphere, and salad bar, but the main courses are 6.5/10 at best.

We were given the wrong room initially so spent the first night in a lower grade room before moving the next day. We weren’t notified ahead or compensated in any way. Food was ok. I’ve had better at other resorts. But overall it was my favorite of the resorts we’ve been to in Cancun. My wife and I are there to have a quiet, relaxing week. And this resort fulfills that. If you’re there to party, skip this place. But if you want a clean, quiet, uncrowded resort that’s easy to get reservations/no wait for meals/easy to get sun chairs, this is a great resort. Our swim up was awesome. Overall even with the messed up first night, I was happy with our choice

They are happy to see you when you arrive, but if you don’t want to go to the presentación they do a 360” face turn around like if they don’t want you there this this Is my third time. I stay there in the hotel, but this time I felt different. I go to relax. Enjoy my vacation for them to leave me alone. If I say no it’s a no, and they should be treating you the same all the time.

Many options for food and recommendations. Hours of service and restaurants are convenient. Distance to shopping, outside bars and entertainment are near by. Rooms are clean and beautiful. All staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. YAJAHIRA from guest services made our stay extra special and easy with everyday updates of hotel activities and helping with my romantic dinner on the beach for my proposal. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Loved the property, our butler Yajahira was nothing but amazing. The property and rooms were very clean. The beach was beautiful. We would have given a 5 star rating but unfortunately the food wasn’t the best. Good options nearby if you want to go off resort and pay.

Great size resort for walkability. Staff and service was great. Not very many dining options but Oriental and Italian restaurants were terrific. Pools are too cold and the hot tub was barely warm. Ocean is often too rough for swimming here. If you just want to relax, eat and imbibe, this is your resort
