I want to thank Alejandro our personal concierge, for such an amazing experience in villa 6102. We visited back in July/August. The customer service at this property is top level and I absolutely recommended. The restaurants are good, to be very honest not a wow restaurant but considering the Prices and location that was something secondary for me. But what really wow me was the villa, it was big enough, clean, and in a great location - beach front, and obviously Alejandro was always available and ready to help and make us happy! Thank you so much, we will return!

I absolutely loved the room and the food in the all inclusive hotel. The employees were kind. With that said there is room for improvement. Apparently when I booked it was some VIP package. When you hear that you think it is going to be something special, but it is not. Everyone is given a bracelet, and different colors mean different things. Having the VIP bracelet essentially makes you a target for pressured sales, it started from the moment we arrived to our last day. After a long trip to get there the last thing you want is to be told your room isn’t ready and get a tour of the resort with all your luggage in tow only to be sat down with someone trying to sell you a time share. You want to go to your room and decompress. We never got to eat at any of the restaurants where you have to make reservations, because we were told conflicting things: it was included in the VIP package and then it wasn’t, so we just decided we wouldn’t go because who wants a surprise bill if they decided it wasn’t included. When things went wrong, like when a storm came and dirtied the plunge pool I had to request it to be cleaned three times before it was done, and that was pretty typical, needing to ask a few times. The butler was great. He arranged a taxi for our trip to an excursion and arranged for it to pick us up upon finishing our excursion. The taxi driver conveniently didn’t show up after, the butler took care of it. Not sure what was supposed to be included because not told

Yajahira our butler was amazing, the facilities were amazing, the staff was amazing , but my wife left her wedding ring out and we think the cleaning ladies or maintenance stole it. We filed a report, but I doubt if we will ever see it again watch out anybody that stays there. Lock up your stuff.

We left our slippers by beach area and we are sure the staff cleared it during there regular checks, when we went to redeem it the guest experience keep asking us to come back next day, was no interest from them to help us find it . We visited in mid-October 2025 for our second stay (our first was in 2021), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The resort was pleasantly uncrowded thanks to the off-season timing. Julio from Aquaworld was fantastic and guided us through our very first scuba dive. Yajahira, our concierge, went above and beyond to make sure we were always well taken care of during our seven-day stay. The Villas are absolutely the best option—be sure to book an ocean view so you can walk right out from your balcony to the beach. We enjoyed the Italian, Mexican, and Japanese restaurants, all of which were excellent. Getting into town is easy and affordable with the local bus system, which costs just $1 per person. For airport transfers, Kalido offers a convenient van service at $75 per round trip. Our room’s A/C worked perfectly, the shower was always hot, and honestly, we can’t think of anything negative to say. When you factor in all the included meals, drinks, and entertainment (karaoke, spa and facial, water yoga, cooking classes), the $2,500 total felt like a real bargain. We will definitely be returning!

Expedia booked the trip and when I went to resort they extorted me for additional money said Expedia gave them wrong info. To me this is an Expedia and grand royal problem. They followed me around the resort; all staff knew about the problem and then locked me out of my room. Lidia the manager was rude. If you can have Expedia contact me to resolve this that would be great. Lidia was unprofessional and rude. Rolling her eyes at me.

The good: beach access!!!!!! I can’t say they enough. The bad: limited meal options for room service. No drinks with room service. The food was not good 😔 the staff were nice. Some haggling on the beach. Didn’t enjoy the timeshare. They tried their best to get me to do it. Dodged that bullet. I wish they’d stop. The goal of vacation is to rest. Cleanliness in rooms is okay. It’s good for a quick getaway on a budget. Next time, I will pay more to get a better experience and food!
